You may cancel a booking at any time before the books are dispatched. Contact us to do so.
If you cancel before dispatch, any amount you have paid is refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5-7 working days.
If books arrive damaged, tell us within 7 days with a photograph. We send replacement copies at no cost.
